I was such an idiot giving 9 the benefit of the doubt when they received the rights to TG. Boy, I'm such an idiot. Even if I have already seen it, I always have it on in the background to help with the ratings. I really hope 9 listens to the comments, but suspect they will fall on deaf ears.  I'm sick of the ads, I'm sick of the show being dragged out to 90 minutes, I'm sick of the constant time changes, I'm just sick. |

Ooh, I know the guy who drove that Ford GT home to it's owner after the show! ;D Me and my friend was standing outside the garage at Oslo Spektrum when he drove by in it. He recognized me and stopped for a short chat! ;D I've tried to translate what the reporter says in the video, so the video may make more sense to all of you who don't understand Norwegian  "It's a burning smell in Oslo Spektrum. When the Top Gear-trio are in Norway, they prefer to drive indoors. Outside, it goes way too far from fast enough."
*TG3 speaking*
"The last time they were here, they raced to Oslo. Nor the Norwegian road standars do impress the speed-crazy Englishmen."
*Jeremy speaking*

*Richard and Jeremy speaking*The reporter apparently haven't watched the last series of Top Gear, when they terrorized the small town Beitostølen this January  Or maybe they did not mention it because that episode haven't been aired here in Norway yet.. The show was really awesome, by the way! I have never seen anything like it!  The "Solberg Extreme Motorshow" which the Solberg brothers have arranged in november the past two years was nothing compared to the Top Gear show!! ( and I thought the Solberg show was really great at the time) If TG are going to do shows here again, I will definitely buy tickets to more than just one! ;D |

(approx midday) They were on the flight before mine - was hoping to be able to stalk, I mean spot them at Oslo airport as I was there way too early for my flight, but no luck  The Oslo show was pretty good - basically a rehash of 2007, 09 and a bit of 2010 stuff. It suffered from being in a small venue, so some of the driving sequences weren't as spectacular, but hey, I still got to see my boys so I'm happy  My photos are here[/color] if you want a look - and feel free to steal. (The TGL ones are at the beginning so you don't have to wade through all my holiday snaps!) |
