James has another new bike - well, a new/old one. It's a restored CB400Four and he picked it up today.

Oh Lord, I am 17 again! I had a CB125J (only single cylinder, though, but a 4 stroke), 1977. (And yes, I bought it new! ;D). It looked exactly like Jame's bike, only smaller, and the colours were in reverse......red tank with blue lettering. I know I have a picture somewhere but I was looking for it a while ago and can't find it. Will post it if I do. Anyone know the year/history of this bike? James, take me for ride!!

Men will always find something to tinker with when it comes to bike.We always had half a bike somewhere in the house on news paper and my nan forever telling us to take it in to the garden.

Interesting article; thanks for posting it Jacqui! Was that a new shirt he had on? It's driving me crazy because you can't see much of it and it doesn't look familiar. It's going to bug me now...

Hmm, that first article says he owns 12-13 bikes and might buy more if he acquires the workshop next door. I thought he did buy that shop.

I'm assuming it's an old article. I wonder who won the power-struggle as to how that building was going to be used?
(I'm guessing James)

I think this might sell some extra copies this month! (April edition). Apparently the whole article is 12 pages, but I haven't found any other details yet.

Putting this here because the Twitter thread is locked (hope that's OK).
James: I'm a bit bored with working so I'm going for a ride on a motorcycle. Any objections before I set off?
Jeremy: Many. You are too old and you will look silly and you will fall off.
