Thankyou ;D ;D But my mother wants new wallpaper, broken white-ish beige, otherwise -in my opinion- the blue of the painting wouldnt have matched the blue of the wallpaper.

Thanks all! Elervim, don't be hasty. I cant deny Im looking forward to it, but I know art can't be done if you've got the feeling 'you got to start' if you know what I mean.

Antonia and Nat, you both amaze me with your artistry!
Antonia, I (sort of) know how your fingers must be feeling, or will when the feeling comes back. I've spent time doing hand-quilting and I've nearly carved a hole in my finger doing that. I'm sure you must have a thimble-type system in place to save your digits; have you ever tried those suede stick-on circles? They're really durable but don't hinder your finger movements the way a traditional thimble does (I'm hopeless with one).
Nat, in a million years I couldn't draw anything like what you produce. Each sketch you post is jaw-droppingly beautiful, and I love seeing them!
