LOL I think most of us would like to be able to string a witty and normal sentence together too. My first meeting with him was memorable. It was quite cringy. No doubt the next time will be better and not so busy

I still cringe about what a gibbering idiot I was, when I saw him last summer. Maybe if I ever get the courage to go again I'll try to actually speak instad of squeek at him...

I've just noticed the middle photo in Starfish's sig, where Oz is leaning towards James, presumably because the photo was being taken, and James is leaning away from him! Sweeeeeeet!

Cheers for that Ms Starfish, I do like writing. Yes that would have been me, stupidly long blonde hair on a pair of 'slinky' legs, whoops. I knew I wouldn't ve been able to say owt of substance to him so in pub so thought, sod it, I'll just write it instead. I didnt write that much, big writing. Sorry James (I'm such a doofus, ah).

Hi Nudibranch and welcome to the board. I enjoyed reading your review of how your day went at the book signing last week. I couldn't make it, but I know I would've been a nervous wreck. I've only ever been to one book signing, but that was a long time ago. I think it's great that you two were looking at each other for a long time before you went in and got your book signed. I'm really glad you had a great time and hope to see you around the board. BTW, I love your avi.

Thank mucho - I'm kind of obsessed with nudibranchs - god was surely tripping when he invented those things. Nudimental I like to say. I wonder if James (when he did his scuba Open Water course) saw any nudibranchs??? James - if you wanna do your Advanced course in scuba let me know as I am an scooby instructor...

Those are beautiful creatures. I took a course on intercoastal creatures and my instructor was a huge fan of nudibranchs. He had some really beautiful underwater pics that he took of them and I used to love to go out to the different beaches around the island to see if I could find any in the reefs. I think I have a picture of one in my hard drive somewhere. Some of the flat worms we used to find were very colourful too. I'll have to take a look tomorrow for sure, since I'll be working on my pics for the better half of the day then.

What are they like those creatures? never heard of them.
Edit. To Mayfayre Re my Oz & James picture I asked Oz & James if I could have one of them Together. Oz Joking said Not too close as I was taking it I thought James was leaning out Of shot. I wondered what he was up to & that pic was the result I realised after I took it.

A nudiibranch is basically type of sea slug. But they are usually colourful. They are so beautiful and it's really fun to hang around taking snaps of them if you can stay still enough! I wonder if James saw any when he was diving. Hmmm.

I'm loving the book. I got it in the post a few days ago from Star with J&O's autographs. The pictures are brilliant and I've read through alittle of it. I'll finally have some down time this evening to really get into reading.

The only reason she looks taller is because she was in front of you, you look shorter because of the perspective.
