Actually China/Malaysia/Australia are much better time zones for the race to be in for me but we can't all get what we want LOL

I think winning or getting a podium in a wet race is even more of an achievement than in a dry race.......its a lot tougher so the three of them did SO well

Really pleased for Vettel, Webber and Jensen but let's not forget the WORLD CHAMPION Lewis who got points again with a car that is still sh*te (as did Kovelinen). Once those McLarens get sorted we should see some real fun ;D

Really pleased for Vettel, Webber and Jensen but let's not forget the WORLD CHAMPION Lewis who got points again with a car that is still sh*te (as did Kovelinen). Once those McLarens get sorted we should see some real fun ;D Very true, and there were a few moments when Lewis pulled off some properly brave driving. It is going to get very interesting if McLaren can sort their cars out ;D Am I the only one finding it extremely gratifying to see Ferrari languishing at the bottom of the constructor's table alongside Force India? They made some very nasty comments about Brawn being the 'most arrogant man in F1' this week. Funny how they never said that when he was working for them...

McLaren have said from the beginning of the season that they haven't got the car 'right' and Lewis has said so too. The car is just not quick enough - yet. I think the McLaren DID have the diffuser on yesterday but the car will still need setting up to get the best out of it so with a bit of luck, it will keep improving.

Gotta say, today's quali's were very exciting... I knew Trulli would shine soon, it was nail-biting for Lewis, and an awful disappointment for Mark Webber, although I have to say that Sutil was an absolute gent!... Tomorrow should be very interesting! Bring it on!

Sutil blocked him on a flying lap in Q3, and put him out... great shame Excellent race today, gripping stuff... congratulations once again to Jenson, he's proved himself today! ;D

So did I... after the last three races, it was nice to see a pure tactical race without weather/safety car interference, it was gripping stuff! ;D

Absolutely. I was really pleased to see the competition continuing to be interesting and I found it quite gratifying to see another good performance from Brawn GP because the detractors kept saying Jenson et al were only doing well because they took advantage of the conditions and the safety car (because obviously, it's an advantage to be stuck behind a safety car in p*ssing rain). Well, the conditions were pretty good once they got the sand off the tracks and although the pit strategy they used for Barrichello didn't pan out, Button's race was excellent. I was also pleased to see Lewis Hamilton's McLaren seems to be getting a bit more sorted and the odd flash of his previous form. I suppose it's just about fair enough that Ferrari finally got some points on the board...

Oh yes, let's not forget Lewis, he put up an excellent fight, I was hoping he would secure a podium place, but just fell off the pace towards the end... still, great morale booster, and he's a lot more positive about his future! ;D Onwards and upwards!

Jenson burnt his left buttock on one of the 'boxes' (presumably housings for all the terribly technical gubbins) that surround him in the car when things got a bit warm in there. It's OK though... he suggested Sebastian Vettel might stroke it better for him later!

Boo! SPEED Channel didn't have a second airing of the race. I'm quite cross about that. Anyhoo...Yay Jenson for winning!! I'm sorry to hear about his burnt bum. There were quite a few injuries in the world of motorsport today: Jenson and there were seven NASCAR fans that got hit by debris after this happened at today's race (none of the injuries were life-threatening).

I suspect there would have been quite a large queue! I think they would all have to get behind his underwear model girlfriend in that queue ;D ETA: That NASCAR crash was horrible, so lucky no one was killed!
