Just my two penneth... James has said so many times that he's not into all this social networking blah and doesn't have time for it really. asked, mr fry on twitter whether james may a fake on it, after he posted about hammond being a fake! His response was "no i am pretty sure he is kosher"
now i would be devastated if mr fry has lied to me ;D then again i did tell him not to make me cry

I'm starting to have doubts now.

The person knew that James was abroad for a couple of days. (In the US for his Moon doc.)
Further, when he wrote that "(...) the issue with agent wasn't him being a cock" he could have been quoting people that sent him messages.

I haven't spotted any other factual errors and since I have no life I'm quite good at memorizing James trivia.

I want to believe it's him... the use of language certainly sounds like James, and as for the alleged agent 'slip-up', we can't actually be sure who he was referring to, it could have been an assistant, or somebody standing in etc? He's not going to go into specifics on twitter?

As much as I want to believe Stephen (I'm in his friendship byproxy group on FB so we go by first names *snort* jk) I just cannot see why James would do this, even as a piss take. It just doesn't suit him as we know him. He hates this kind of thing and has openly said so so unless he's had a major change of heart... Unless hes done it for a BET for next series?!

It's not exactly him, but given the 140 character posting constraints, he's not going to be what we're used to?... it's just some of the things 'he' says, how he's bemused and humbled by the amount of followers... that does sound like him!
