Even tho' I saw it in its unnatural environment, there was still such magic about it... can't wait to take my sis there next week!

Aww, that's such a lovely article! I feel quite moved (that could just be my medication, but I don't think so). I'm so glad you liked it Liz, and I hope your sister does too

Had a lovely lunch with ly drinking G&T's and watching the garden, it's very good, and plenty of people looking.

Liz - Did you get any pics of the worms? I like those! Not very closely, I had a bit of a camera 'accident' when I forgot to charge my phone the night before, so had to save my battery. You can just about see one in this, just next to the front cauliflower. Will try and get closer next week! And well done daisy!... Fred's a wee cutie! ;D I'm stealing a copy of this as its got one of my snails in ;D

Have to say having seen the garden today it was well worth the visit and there were lots of people coming by to see it too. Very interesting list of names of people who helped out too.

I'm hoping to get down to see it again - not sure which day. I hated leaving it at Chelsea cos I thought I'd never see it again *in the flesh*. I'm a bit soppy like that. But I met a host of nice new pals , had a ball , and made good memories -all good stuff. It'd be nice to meet up with pals down in London - any possibility d'you think? Oh and LA, ta for the piccy of my l'il Stig - if I'd realised he'd be viewed I'da made him a bit better!

I really hope this garden gets a permanent home somewhere that in a year's time (when I hopefully get over there) can visit it! Has it? And I've just been too daft to miss this bit of information?

I remember reading somewhere that it was going to a children's charity place or an art gallery or something.
Can anyone with more intelligence than me clarify any of that?

I believe it's going to Great Ormond Street Hospital but if you go back some pages it'll probably say.

Wherever it's going, they'd better be quick, parts are drying out fast!

Wherever it's going, they'd better be quick, parts are drying out fast! That makes me sad, hearing that. Aren't the people at the RFH looking after our garden properly? I shall be having words with them when I next go along there

It has deteriorated in the two weeks since I saw it... it's just that the plasticine is drying out, and a few bits have fallen off

someone needs to water it. LOL! Thing is, it is quite delicate and being kept inside in a warm place like the RFH can't be good for it. I hope it goes to a nice cool part of the hospital - or maybe they'd like to employ a full time Plasticine horticulturalist *hint hint* ;D

Every hospital i have ever been in has been very warm they might have to build a special wing for it. unless they are going to keep it in the morgue ;D

Remake it I suppose is the most extreme remedy. But it melted and hardened and melted goodness knows what else it's had done to it.
