Just had a self-made ice caffee, Frappé, originally from Creta/Greece (somewhere there). I used to buy the sachetts to where you only had to add milk. Now I bought Nescafe coffee, classic, and had to add sugar, water, milk and ice-cubes to it. But errmm, I think I added too much coffee and too little milk, as it didn't taste very yummy *had too much and feels a little sick* .

Made another Frappé last evening, because my brother and I were going to watch James May On The Moon. ;D This time it tasted better, as I added less water and more milk. Well........ I could only tasted when I made myself a second one: the first one went all over the bedroomfloor of my brother. Yes, a typic thing that runs in the family; my brother almost dropped his beaker on the floor a couple of minutes after I did... ;D Anyway, a piccie of the ice-caffee (yes, I love taking pics of pretty much everything ;D ):

Freeze dried strawberries covered with dark chocolate Trying to recover from the heat... Made me feel quite nauseous, the bloody sun. Should lift my wide rear end off this sofa and put some chicken in the oven...It's just that hot oven is not really tempting idea at the moment.

Nice, cauliflower!!! And tomatoes!!! Just had veggie Chinese - like we have every Sunday ^^ Dessert was vanilla custard with dark chocolate.... ermmm *thinks* well, it's Dutch food one normally eats on bread, but it also tastes nice in custard. Hops, any idea how I can tell the English girls here what "hagelslag" is? ;D Oh wait, I'll find ya a picture. I know for sure it's liked by non-Dutch people, as a couple of friends of me really like them. Ah, sprankles, I could say sprankles or.... was it.... sprinkles?!! Anyway ;D :

I just had my iHerb order delivered today. This means I can have stevia in my coffee again (instead of poison, which is also called aspartame). Also got coconut flour so I made pancakes and blueberry puré (with stevia, of course). Not bad for health food

Stevia? Got to look that up... It's a plant that is VERY VERY sweet. I've got some seeds, but it doesn't like growing for me. Yet.

^yep, stevia is a dream come true for those who don't want to eat sugar but don't want to use any artificial (poisonous) stuff, either. Took a while to find the right brand (some have weird aftertaste) but the one I use now is just perfect.
Dinner menu today: A haphazard mess made of aubergines, zucchini, capsicum, onions, tomatoes and some minced meat, topped with grated cheese (in the oven as we speak). And for dessert: homemade strawberry ice cream. The recipe is ridiculously easy: take some frozen strawberries, put them in a blender and when they are blended add cream, stevia and a bit of vanilla and: ta-daa, you have strawberry ice-cream. Doesn't keep long, must be eaten immediately, but that has never been a problem ;D

Nat, those chocolate spronkles would go really nicely on your pie!
I've just had a (yellow sticker) Morrisons Best range croissant. Normally the ones we get over here are a bit of a dissapointment, compared to proper French ones, but this one was lovely and very authentic.
