It's a 3 hour drive down the A1 from Edinburgh to Gateshead so in theory, you could wave him off in Scotland and wave him back in on arrival in Newcastle. Nice drive down that stretch of coast too  |

Let's hire a Winnebago and follow the course. We could turn up at every port and make him feel welcome.  I've got loads of annual leave this year cos I was on sick for 4 months last year. If we divvied up between us.......Anyone else up for a holiday? I'll drive PS I seem to remember a fan fic based round a Winnie.....did you ever let Jezzer have his yellow car back?  ?? Anyone interested? |
