They should say what was going on people deserve to know. I hope he didn't get in an accident or something that they don't want to say..... He will be fine if it was something bad it would be all over the news.  |

I don't really want to post my comment for the third time, but can we please stop worrying. His car either broke down during the race or he got lost or he has the flu. He's not dying, otherwise Jezza and Richard wouldn't have been there.

And Jeremy didn't start by saying "Anyway..." so we know it's nothing too serious!  I still suspect that they did something involving TVRs today. James is probably safely tucked up on a flatbed truck sharing a flask of tea with a "very nice man". |

I feel sorry though for the people who went over there just to see James. I would be pretty gutted. Especially if it turned out the reason was that his car broke down.
We'll have to wait until the next series.

Ok firstly I doubt James posed as the stig. Theres no point. If he was feeling ill, thatd make him feel far worse. Number two, stop fretting over James guys! Hes got a cold, its been coming on over the past few weeks (it was mentioned on and off in his columns and when he and Oz were spotted over the summer) but I agree with the above, you wouldnt stand and suffer, even if it was only for two minutes. They can shoot without one of them (they did it before when Rich was doing 5oclock remember?) Maybe they filmed with James but that was it- he was done in. Or they could have just used the consumption thing! Im sure the guys will be dissapointed but lets look at the positives; a well done show with lots of good live music and nice guests and an exciting thing to be seeing anyways. I hope they make the most of what was just bad luck. Nobody could have seen this coming. Big love to J of course! I hope hes tucked up comfy in bed and sleeping it off. |

When I first looked at the pics, Richard looks really zoned out. Probably because of the crowd. I heard it on the iplayer and was annoyed that they weren't on there that long.
