They were addressed to my best friend in New Zealand. He knew John had been to NL and that I didnt have a chance to ask him for an auto. So he sent me his precious books.    |

I didnt know where to put this and starting a new thread was maybe a bit over-the-top, so I decided to put it in here, since collecting things is a hobby in some way. It's very handy to have a generous friend in NZ. He sent me a miniature shield (a rare edition) and "A Piece Of Middle Earth" which I got signed by Shane later.  This LotR vest is VERY rare. Worn by cast and crew on a certain day, when they were half way through filming. People are willing to pay $1000 for this.   A shirt worn by the crew. They got it made for Christmas 2008.  Don't know how this is called. But it was around Richard Taylor's chair -the main producer- with the premier of LotR.   |

lol. Well, quite simple: Analogue camera's are expensive so seldomly, if never, use them.
I now only use the green one. Oh, you wonder how many of them I payed for? None ;D Oh, yea, I did partly pay for the green one.
And I used to own to P200 Sony's, but they're either sold to someone that liked broken camera's and the other is... Dunno, really!
Oh and I once owned a Canon G-something but I got conned after I wanted to sell it to someone in England that seemed to actually live in Nigeria... :/ I payed for that one myself.

WOW, Nat!! Your collection is impressive!! I love collecting things myself, but I don't think I have so much rare and precious stuff as you do.. I mainly collect small things which have a meaning for me personally, to remind me of certain events and such. Like on saturday, I was almost hit by the cork when the co-driver to one of the best drivers in Norway opened his Champagne bottle at the end seremony of this weekend's rally. I picked up the cork and took it with me as a memory  I collect autographs too (as you know), but I'm sending letters to celebrities and get their autographs that way though I have to say that my favourite autographs are the ones I've got when I've met the celebrities in person, like you have done. But there's not so many very well-known ones who comes to little Norway, so I haven't had the opportunity to meet so many..  I think that's why I started sending them letters instead |
